Comment from Eric Schojan on 2025-05-04 01:35:48: Lease falsely violated (violation dated the 12th, put on our door on the 16th), when addressing the violation was told, by management, that I "throw my wife around" and it causes neighbors (ones we've have to complain about in the past) to feel threatened. So not only will they take a rumor heard by another tenant with reason to lie at face value, but instead of talking to my wife or CALLING THE POLICE (who I've never had to my apartment in the 6yrs I've lived here), they decide the best course of action would be to bring it up to my face!?!(In context to the violation) Imagine if I was an abusive person?!? That could end up in the abuse victim being hurt even worse, what a disgusting thing to do, not only to violate a lease for no reason right before Christmas, backed only by disgusting rumors, but to act like that would even be a reason in the fist place and to go about it in such a dangerous, disgusting way, with no answer as to why it was gone about that way by either the apartment manager nor the vice president of fair housing, yet defended by both, they should be ashamed of the entire situation. I have many more examples of situations being handled in extremely unprofessional if not legally flimsy ways as well. I homeschool my son so rent control is a must, but management does not make it easy to stay.
