Comment from J Forbes on 2019-04-02 18:52:30: If you don't mind living with approx. 180 sick (some VERY sick) seniors in a complex overrun with dogs (nicknamed Desert Villa Kennels) you may be comfortable there. Computer 'lab' has VERY old devices to the point of being -literally- useless. Media Room has no cable TV. Analog (airways signal only)providing low quality and quantity of service. Media Room lounge chairs are FILTHY! Laundry facilities are frequently filthy with dog hair and/or dog feces.

Comment from J Feldman on 2024-10-28 12:20:45: If you want to live in a building that has a horrible manager this is your place. The media room is open on Monday through Friday. This room is locked at 5 o’clock each night. We cannot use the room on the floor weekends. It’s locked. We used to have coffee in the lobby no more. It was moved to the back room. If you want to live where you’re treated like s*** this is it. I love my apartment but management keeps the office window shut and you have to make an appointment. My name for management is the warden
