Community Features: beautifully appointed senior (55+) community with controlled access to building; community center with multi-purpose room; fitness center; covered porch & community patio; library & sitting rooms; computer learning center; laundry facilities on-site; on-site management and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Bingham Park is a non-smoking community. Smoking is prohibited in the building. There is a designated outside smoking area. Apartment Features: spacious one and two-bedroom / one bath floor plans; energy efficient appliances including refrigerator, range and dishwasher; wrap around kitchen with breakfast bar; easy-care, luxury vinyl plank flooring in living areas and carpet in bedrooms; washer and dryer connections; additional resident storage; ceiling fans and mini-blinds; emergency call system in bedrooms and bathroom. Rent includes water, sewer and trash removal.
