Details: The Silvertip offers affordable housing for low-to-middle-income households in Missoula. While most of the units at the Silvertip are designated for households who make 80% or less of the Missoula Area Median Income (AMI), we do have a limited number of units for households who earn up to 120% of the Missoula Area Median Income (AMI). The Silvertip offers affordable one and two bedroom units. Each unit at the Silvertip comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Heat and hot water are paid for by the owner, tenants are only responsible for the cost of their own electricity. Each unit comes with its own secure storage closet located just outside of each apartment. Most units in the Birch, Cedar, and Cottonwood Buildings have their own private balconies. Units in the Aspen Buildings have a secured common area entrance, with balconies that are shared with neighbors. The Silvertip has two playground areas on-site.
