The Henry Clay is a renovated historical landmark located in the heart of downtown West Point, Mississippi. We have a great history and the community shares many cherished memories of our beautiful facility and the special events that have taken place here. Since its renovation in 1995, the Henry Clay has served elders by providing affordable housing in the heart of West Point. All apartments are private and have one or two bedroom. No longer are residents bothered by common household headaches. The Henry Clay promises elders security in a close and caring community at an affordable price. The Henry Clay is a perfect picture of West Point’s quaint downtown atmosphere. Conveniently located to downtown shops, residents find daily outings easy and entertaining. A lovely rose garden, picturesque park, and public walking trail are just across the street from the former hotel and the gardens provide a beautifully fragrant attraction when the roses and wisteria are in season. The residents of Henry Clay decided several years ago that they wanted their motto to be….”The Henry Clay…A Family of Friends,” and that is just what they are. From the abundant group activities and outings to the community service projects headed up by the residents, the elders at the Henry Clay have become more than neighbors, they have become family.
