Details: Pinewood Manor is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (also available to those over the age of 18). We are located close to various medical facilities, banks, restaurants, shopping, and a major bus route. Our Residents’ Association coordinates frequent parties, potluck suppers, bingo, and other social activities which are held in the community room. Our community actively participates in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. Pets are welcomed but require a deposit and there are size limitations. Pinewood Manor is a smoke-free community. Studio & One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Emergency Call System; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Utility Allowance; Individually Controlled Heating; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual Indoor Mailboxes; Entry Access System; Large Community Room; Master Antenna (for TV); Elevators; Convenient to Public Transportation; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator on Staff

Fish and birds are welcomed without a deposit. We also welcome small dogs and cats with a pet deposit. There is a limit of one animal (cat or dog) per apartment and there are certain size and breed restrictions. The pet deposit is $150. We can make payment arrangements for this deposit. Beginning with $50 and then a monthly payment of $10 until the deposit is paid in full.
