Comment from Carol Stokley on 2022-04-12 12:05:15: I would really like to understand why my granddaughter was turned away from getting an apartment there. Because she is the only one with a job in her family? If that is the case what do you do about other families who have only one provider. She paid her fee for application which you were too only happy to take and not refund. I will be filing a grievance with the proper authorities to find out just how many other occupants in your facility have one person bringing home a check. She was treated as though she had robbed a bank and was hiding from the authorities. I want her application fee returned to her or we will find out just how many of your tenants have one job providers.

Comment from Tamera Falconer on 2024-10-03 23:18:45: Extremely rude management that involves her daughter into business matters. Doesn’t know how to separate emotions from business. Held a man against his will after he was doing his job looking for a repossessed car. Not sure if she knew the person behind on their payments but I was asked to leave before she even asked why I was there. Which was to bring a car part to someone else. Far from peaceful.
