Details: Swifton Public Housing is located in the town of Swifton in Jackson County, Arkansas. Swifton is a small farming community with a population of 830. However, it's just a short drive from the City of Jonesboro, which offers public schools, a university, shopping malls, restaurants, and movie theaters. Swifton is a great place to raise a family. It has a small town atmosphere, fire and police protection, banks, stores, city park, and a community center. Also, Swifton has a AA school with a small student to teacher ratio. Swifton Medical Clinic is open five days a week. Nearby, Newport offers a hospital for all of your medical needs. Swifton Public Housing offers twenty-one spacious 3-bedroom single family, brick homes. These houses can be found in various locations throughout the town. Each home offers tile flooring, one and a half bathrooms, washer and dryer hook-ups, central heat and air, attic fan, gas range, and refrigerator. They have their own front and backyard, clothes line and storage area. Rent is based on adjusted income.
