Details: All units are carpeted, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, lights in the closet, smoke alarm, cable connection, phone jack and several electric outlets spaced around the walls. Windows flip out for easy cleaning. The living room has a smoke alarm, ceiling fan, cable connection, phone jack and several electric outlets spaced around the walls. Windows flip out for easy cleaning. The kitchen is furnished with electric range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Twin stainless steel sinks and lots of kitchen cabinets. A large pantry is also in the kitchen with a light so at a glance you can find what you are looking for. Depending on the size of the apartment, the bathrooms have shower stalls, walk in showers or tubs. Full sized washers and dryers are installed in the bathrooms of each unit as a convenience to our tenants. Every apartment has a covered porch area with parking for two cars in front of the apartment and a small patio in the rear. Adjacent to each patio is a locked storage area. Grounds and grass around all the apartments is maintained by East View Maintenance. There is a playground area with play time equipment installed. A large gazebo is close to the playground. At the entrance of East View is a bus shelter for school children to stay out of the rain while waiting for the school bus. The club room is available for tenant use; play cards, pot luck, family gathering, and so on. We are a small community within a community. We take care of each other and the complex is on neighborhood watch.
