Comment from Sonya Kaye Mize on 2024-10-05 01:33:23: I'm writing to file a complaint on Elaine Simon of Parkwest Village Apts. of Mountain Home, Arkansas. I'm a local Taxi Driver and have several clients in that complex that I pickup and take to stores/dr. appointments and etc. and one day recently I was in the front area, in front of the office between the elevator trying to assist a tenant with her driving scooter. I didnt know who the lady was at the time, but I asked her for help and her (Elaine Simon the Manager of the complex) she said "that is not my job and she knows what she needs to do" and said it very hatefully. I was taken aback as to how rude and ugly she was to a total stranger. She is very unprofessional for a manager. Two of my clients said that she was the Rudest person when I took them there to the apt. complex and all they did was go in and ask for an application, so if she can be that rude in 5 minutes, she's just naturally a Mean person. You should be aware of her unprofessional manner and yall need to do something about that because she works around a lot of old people who have no one to stand up for them. I'm also reporting this to the Property Management company and the HUD office in Mountain Home so they too are aware of how she is treating the tenants.
