Comment from Edith on 2017-09-27 14:18:01: When I lived there, the management was no help in solving the excessive noise of the upstairs neighbors (an over weight couple that fought all the time). Hated every minute of it. The SNHS management team said my claims of excessive noise was "unfounded," but they did not live below the inconsiderate neighbors. Building is poorly constructed and no sound barriers to muffle sounds. Terrible place to live...

Comment from poor management on 2017-10-14 08:02:49: Management isn't receptive to noise complaints and many issues are simply explained away without any real action. Disappointing and buildings are of bare minimum required construction which allow noises to resound in all apartments. Very Noisy community.
