Details: Branson Walk is a pleasant, safe, non-smoking Elderly/disabled community, composed of 114 units, which is impressively affordable when compared to other Senior/disabled communities in the city of Marietta, GA. We are committed to our mission and we are continuously looking for ways to service our residents and community more effectively. Our ranch style apartments are totally electric with modern energy efficient technology. This is a smoke free property. Our floor plans, amenities and site locations offer a warm invitation to city living. In a society that is increasingly car-centered, our apartments are within walking distance to banks, grocery stores, restaurants, police and fire departments, Wal-Mart, Cobb Civic Center, and the historic downtown Marietta Square. We are also located across from the CCT Bus Terminal and less than three miles from I-75.
