Details: Eli Terry Retirement community is a 34 unit community located in Terryville, Connecticut. The community is located in a central building with secure entrances and ample parking. Eli Terry community is owned by the Terryville Retirement Community Corporation, a non-profit corporation. The community if funded by the USDA Rural Development office and as such the community does provide rental assistance for some of the units. The USDA-RD 515 program for the elderly is open to residents whose head or co-head is aged 62 or older or has a disability. Some resident amenities include an indoor coin operated laundry, community rooms for resident activities and beautiful outdoor areas. All apartments include: A full kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator; Full bathroom with tub or shower; Individual thermostat controls; Cable television outlets; Emergency call system; Hard-wired smoke detectors; Some units are fully accessible.
