Comment from Very Disappointed on 2022-01-11 12:51:53: Columbine apartments are nice. Their perfect for either one person or a couple (couples are not allowed to live there long) The manager on the other hand is awful! He sides with the women that live there on everything. They are his so called “Eyes and Ears”. He has 2 jobs so he isn’t at the apartments often. I see them as being nosey, always getting into everyones business and they decide if you’re fit to live in their building or not. So all their opinions, good or bad (usually bad) go straight to the manager. Don’t ever get sick and have to spend time away from your apartment because whether it’s the tenants or the property maintenance guy, your apartment will be gone through. Maintenance has everyone’s keys and believe me, he and his Worker Bees will steal any money you have around and anything else they need or want at that time. Plus don’t tell the manager that you have a problem because he could care less. He acts like he’s concerned but won’t do anything for you or the apartment you live in (Building A)...until you move out that is.
