Comment from Janet Nazer on 2015-08-25 00:47:37: Apartments are okay for living in, but there's no privacy so to speak; each pair of apartments share a common wall between bedrooms, and one can hear the other person in their bedroom; for example, I live in C7, at Rose City West, and the bedroom in C8 in on the other side of my bedroom wall; I can hear the other person in his/her bedroom, and visa versa.

Comment from DJ Crouse on 2017-08-16 12:04:42: I was to meet with Nick Lewis on Aug.4,2017 to fill out paperwork for an apartment at Rose City West, after having a medical procedure done on my back(I was in a great deal of pain and was hopping to get the paperwork taken care of, after traveling four hours to be able to meet with him during business hours)when I called him to confirm our meeting, he acted like he had forgotten about meeting with me altogether, and said for me to text him my mailing address to him and he would mail me the paperwork, which i did immediately on Friday afternoon. I called Monday to confirm that he recieved my information and mailed me the paperwork. He said that he had. By Wednesday I had not gotten any paperwork and called again after going by the a oh apartments and speaking wi th a renter who said there were open apartments they just weren't cleaned yet, Nick replied he had sent the paperwork and would be in touch when a place became available it is now Aug.15,2017 and I still have not received any paperwork from Nick but people at the complex have contacted me saying that there are vacant apartments but "Nick has not cleaned them to be rented contact the main office". I sufferer from depression, and PTSD,and have a miniature-pinschire who is 12 inches tall and weighs less then a gallon of milk. He helps me with anxiety, and depression. I told Nick this he said there wasn't a problem with that. But I can not get him to send the rental paperwork. I'm merely trying to rent a place to live in this beautiful community
