Comment from Jack on 2015-12-08 02:43:56: They don't fix anything around here. There money hogs. This place is not up dated with anything. They never replace carpet. There's always drug activity going on. Our storage building is locked and it never was like that for years. Until the manager decided to have another tenant hanging on the key. Every time we need storage open we have to ask her. Our stuff is out there in our own separate storage unit. Everyone should have a key for the building. Pretty soon we'll call this place and ancient place to tour for visitors. They ask the government for more money every year. 600 and 4 dollars top rent price. When a person could have a more beautiful apartment to live in. This place has gone down hill since new management took over. I'm still here because I can't afford a more beautiful apartment.

Comment from laurie on 2018-08-31 16:39:16: I live in Barron and they never fix anything, money hogs been waiting for years for things to be fixed been through 3 managements already. nothing gets up dated these apartments are from the 70's have a toilet that is from the early 80's that has Issues and the carpet needs to be replaced. I have been using my own money to paint and now needs new flooring, that isn't how it should be. I'm not moving because I like the big yard I have,
