Comment from Anonymous on 2017-08-16 12:04:23: Does not answer their phones or have voicemail to leave a message. Does not check on apartment or tenant. One tenant has apartment yet does not live there. Shes just keeping it to use address to get welfare but lives with oilfield boyfriend. Allows drug sells right outside of apartments.
