Comment from Anonymous on 2014-12-18 03:23:58: I live in Boaz Gardens and maintenance takes 1 to 2 months even if you have water draining from the ceiling! The family of 5 that live across from me in a small 2 bedroom! Definitely do not recommend for anyone!
