Comment from Tammy on 2016-02-23 03:22:27: I've lived here 10 years and the past 5 have been very stressful, I'm constantly being evicted an this last one has been the awfulest. I was told by Tammy at Bunns that a tenant is only allowed one payment plan for maintness or rent I've never heard this rule so while I'm waiting on a lease saying my rent is 0 since my income stopped in Dec. Glenda gives me eviction instead of rent change when I ask Tammy could I pay Jan an Feb. She replied no we want you to vacate and the person before Glenda told me that when they hired him the first thing asked was did he have a problem evicting me!? Also 9 years and never got apartment painted they took my paint that Charlie the manager before Nathan and Glenda gave me so I painted with some free paint which got me told u was gonna be charged 500 an possible eviction. So I had to ask someone to buy the 6 gallon of paint I had but they took and repaint an they never offered me my labor charge or to reimburse my friend. If you are ever lied on at this place they will assume that it's true and not even ask you and judge you there on.
