Comment from Elgee Anne on 2024-10-03 23:15:47: ASIDE FROM THE MOLD ISSUE: Does NOT feel like home. Residents are nosy and territorial. Most of them have loads of furniture outside of their apartments. There is no privacy. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Every door and cabinet that closes sounds like a bowling pin being knocked down. *THWACK* It. Gets. Old. The ceilings creak, snap, and pop when people walk. So DON’T choose a downstairs unit. You will never have peace. No on-site management. Laundry room is disgusting. If you can avoid it, avoid it.
