Details: Pioneer Village located in the heart of Mountain View, Arkansas - Folk capital of the world! If you would like to travel back in time to a place that is still friendly, where people smile and ask you how are you doing and mean it, then Mountain View is the place to be! Sidewalks connect the village (about two city blocks square) and you can walk to the court square and enjoy people playing music and shopping year round! Pioneer is located near the beautiful White River and Blanchard Springs Caverns. Mountain View is home of the Stone County Medical Center and the Ozark Orthopedic and Hand Surgery Clinic. There are also two chiropractic offices, two dental practices, and an optometrist. You can also find four pharmacies all located within the city limits of Mountain View. Pioneer Village has 48 apartments built with native stone. They are attractive and the front of each apartment has space for flowers or a place for home grown tomatoes! Eight of the apartments are duplexes with two bedrooms and one bath. The remaining apartments are one bedroom grouped with four apartments under a single roof. All of our apartments have a living room, mini blinds, formal dining room, step-saving kitchen with refrigerator and electric stove, and small pantry. They are equipped with electric central heat and air and wired for cable and telephone hook-ups, available at the renter’s expense. There is a large conference room with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator for meetings and family reunions. The on-site laundry facility is in the office complex. Pioneer Apartments are exclusively reserved for people 62 years or older, elderly, disabled, or handicapped. Rent is calculated based on income. Water, sewer, and electricity are included in the amount.
