Details: Cove Creek Apartments has twenty-one (21) one bedroom apartments. We are located just outside of Leslie within walking distance of town, school and local churches. Leslie is a very small town with a population of around 450. Cove Creek is a very quite place to live with good neighbors and a small town atmosphere. Each apartment has a large amount of storage with a large walk in closet located in the bedroom, closet in the bedroom and living room as well as a storage area located at the front of each unit. Each apartment is all electric with range and refrigerator furnished. The units have carpet in the living room and bedroom and linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. Each unit has a screen door, porch light which comes on and goes off automatically and emergency call switch located in the bedroom and bathroom. On site parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. There is a gazebo and community room available. We also have a backup generator which powers the community room in case of power outage. The grounds and mainenance are maintained by the complex. There are storage buildings just across the street from the complex if extra storage is needed. (not managed by the complex) There is also an onsite laundry facility.
