Comment from nonsmoker on 2014-12-18 03:15:08: I have lived here for 3 yrs.I have severe asthyma and have asked the management to do something about the person next door for along time to do something about her smoking and plus she is on oxygen and still smokes which is dangerous. when you come into my apartment and especially my bathroom,it is like someone was chain smoking in there.If you are a non smoker don't move here because the cigarette smoke comes through the outlets,walls,I gag for air sometimes its so bad.These are low income apartments and I would love for the owners to make these non-smoking for the health of everyone. or smoke outside.
