Comment from SadOne on 2014-12-28 03:24:05: Worst place to live in the world! Apartments in bad shape as far as general conditions, plumbing, wiring, a/c units old, ductwork has holes in it so lots of dirt, dust, debris comes in through vents. Electrical wiring is NOT up to code, won't pay for electrician to fix, instead have LD handi-man fix at them; stating"The ' man, he charges too much an hour." Vandalism, theft is frequent and complaints fall on deaf hears. For many years crack users have lived and sold in apartments, prostitution occurs almost daily(some nights lots of clients). Lady manager very bigoted, steals food items intended for tenates, only let's some tenants know about or allow to participate in activities. She & handimen (relatives) make wood furniture like picnic tables, chairs, etc. To sell. during work. hours. NOT a place to put a loved one!! Manager has singled out 1 tenate and does not water her lawn(all others on both sides are watered by yardman) and if she stretches hoses past several apts to spigot it will be turned off after a few minutes, many times the handle to the spigot will be removed. When someone dies (often) manager picks through their items and takes what she wants. Things have been "put out" by tenants may not be taken until manager takes picks she wants. When it rains some tenants have to wade through calf-deep water to get in. Doors have water damage on bottom. Rents are not charged correctly depending on friendship with manager.
