Comment from Jenniffer on 2020-01-23 14:41:25: An elderly family member lives in Ridgecrest Apartments for the past 2 years. They took out all of the lights along the side walks, they fail to do repairs. There is a window that’s been cracked for 3 years they have not fixed yet along with other issues it isn’t just one apartment but many, they won’t allow them to have certain TV services, keep rising the prices for the one they are allowed to have the management of these apartments is horrible as well as unsafe to the elderly that live there.

Comment from Elder abuse on 2024-10-04 19:36:52: I am writing on the behalf of current resident of Ridgecrest apts. Laundry room has 3 Washers and 3 Dryers. Only 1 of each works, it has been this way for months. The restrooms in the common area are always locked so residents cannot use them. Light bulbs outside are not replaced. Most of the people living there elderly. I think it is time to contact a higher authority.
