Comment from Zach on 2022-01-11 12:49:46: This place is a complete joke, after living here for a year the Manager refused to make any repairs, leaving us with a front door that doesn’t close all the way, we went a full year without a kitchen window that was only covered in plexiglass, The manager has favorites as to who she chooses get’s repairs, there had been multiple overdoses and drug use within the apartment and the other tenants will team up on you to get you removed.
Went a full year, plus counting without any AC working upstairs and still having the repairs refused to be fixed, we were forced to clean the house whenever we first moved in and had even found what appeared the be illegal narcotics on the counter top in the kitchen and found multiple drug needles in the apartment whenever we first moved in.
On thanksgiving we literally watched someone overdose and die outside and the landlord still refused to evict them. (We believe she is pocketing cash payments.) it’s meant to be Government housing, yet everyone here has a job and doesn’t pay rent.
The landlord is highly unprofessional, hiring unlicensed plumbers and repairmen to work (whenever repairs are made but 9 times out of 10 it’s only to the apartments the Manager is friends with.)
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, it’s an unsafe place for anyone with Children or even adults for that matter.
