Comment from NONE on 2016-10-03 14:44:06: This is the last place you would want to live in, mold, mildew, bedbugs, roaches, leaking doors and ceilings, grease and grime everywhere, and the hall carpets I do not believe have ever been shampooed. My apt walls were never painted or the carpet shampooed when I moved in, that alone should tell you something. I looked up tenant complaints and not cleaning before a new move-in, is NO NO! Complaints have to be proven to the manager who is rude and unprofessional. You have to compete with her texting/cell phone. I have well over 100+ photos, and photos DO NOT LIE!!!

It is loads of dirty, constant smoking smelling coming into your direction, and have types of bugs live on this property. The employees work at this property do not care about your health well being and privacy. Kevin the live in maintenance guy watch female tenants over the window against your will. He is a pervert and a liar. He is a full-blown alcoholic as he is hiding his empty beers to trash out when no one is around (a lot of budswier cans in full three kitchen white trash bags at one time). The manager will not believe you no matter what you are experiencing with the Highland Manor. She will deny that it is what you are seeing. Better get real evidence and report with the police then they can deal with the manager with the proof. The manager do not return your calls when you become a tenant. Kevin will enter apartments to inspect when tenants are not home to take pictures of your home to see how clean it is or not and seeing if you are throwing away trash stuff every day. They do not care about your privacy. You will smell cig smoke all the times especially from the A/C and the heater. The hall carpet smells badly during in the winter time when the windows are closed. It will smell like wet big dog odor coming into under your front door. There are a lot of nasty dirt. There are heavy rumors in the community. They will talk about you behind your back. The dryers and washers are gross and dirty. Don’t waste your time living at this property. There are better properties out there that is not under with Grosse properties.
