Comment from David Ray Jones on 2024-10-04 00:09:52: Dear Jeff, I filled out a request to have my kitchen sink fixed because it is leaking water. The repair manager Michael has told me three times that he would be over to fix the piping under the sink but each time he has not come by to fix it. I hate to be a complainer to anyone but this is an issue that needs to be taken care of. I filled out the repair paper on the 16th of May and that's been almost 10 days ago. There is also another problem when somebody doesn't keep their word each time, he says that he's going to come by and fix my sink I have to Set my alarm clock to get up for him when he doesn't show up. What this does is it ties me down so I have to be here waiting for him to come by and fix my sink because I don't want anyone inside of my apartment when I'm not home. Jeff, could you please take care of it So he will keep his word and fix my sink, it would be much appreciated. Sincerely, David Jones apt 26
