The apartments are located in the Atoka public school district which is home to the Wampus Cats! Our school is one of two schools in the nation that offers a 3rd meal to it students. We are a very generous community which comes together to support fundraisers for people in need. SavannahPark of Atoka has a lot to offer to its residents. Having been recently remodeled the property offers a storm shelter on site that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An outside patio, which includes a grill, is available for your enjoyment anytime. You will love the community room as it offers a library, computer lab, and laundry facility as well as a gathering place for our residents to enjoy movies, games and potlucks. Each apartment has been remodeled to include new windows, carpet, wood flooring, ADA showers, garbage disposals and new cabinets. Apartments are furnished with a refrigerator, stove and microwave in each unit. No need to worry about your lawn and flower beds as it will be maintained by a lawn crew every week. We think you will love not only our town, but the apartment community that has so much to offer.
