Details: SavannahPark is a small 24 unit apartment complex in Stilwell, OK. This complex is for all qualifying applicants that are age 62 or older, handicapped or disabled regardless of age. It offers wheelchair access to the office, community room and mail boxes which are located at the center of the property. SavannahPark is located close to Stilwell Memorial Hospital, medical clinics, Walmart, Dollar General, Mr. B's Pizza, Texanos Mexican Restaurant and several other restaurants. Stilwell Public Schools, Maryetta School and Zion School are in close distance to SavannahPark. There are also a few convenience stores just down the road from the complex. Stilwell is best known as the Strawberry Capital of the world. Every year they hold their annual Strawberry Festival in May, filled with games, a carnival, concerts, a parade and vendors selling a wide variety of items from clothes, toys, shoes, candles, food, and more. SavannahPark is a great place to live with friendly neighbors enjoying the quiet, slower paced environment. It has on-site management, maintenance and laundry facility. Lawns are mowed and groomed on a regular basis so all you have to do is move in and start enjoying that peaceful easy living!
