The arpartments are trash, bugs, leaking ceilings, drug dealers, thieves, 5 year old killer bees nest Serious mentally ill people carrying firearms, overgrown, snakes, absentee management, emergency phone doesn't work no on sight management. USDA funded now under investigation by Arizona Tenants Rights. People afraid to complain to management. Management is in Idaho takes weeks to get responses on problems. Manager incapable. There are no African American here or at the Tombstone Casa Loma Site or the Bisbee, Arizona, site. RENTER BEWARE!
