Comment from Upset person on 2017-08-14 14:23:01: Numerous neighbors have reported to the office that there is an unregistered person living in meadow ridge. The tenants name is John Sturgess. He has had an April Sturgess living in the apartment with him since November. She was staying here the previous year as well before disappearing for a little while. Her car parks in from of John Sturgess' s apartment when she's not at her 13.00 an hour job that she loves to brag about. What I am upset about is this is taking advantage of the rental assistance program and is wrong. Her vehicle is a 2013 ford focus white in color, 4 doors, and has an Ohio license plate of FYQ9908. If this matter is not handled I will directly be contacting that state to report this abuse of benefits.
