Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed one (1) pet per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

Comment from lockettmom2 on 2014-12-18 03:37:18: My mother has lived @ Pembrook Greene since 2010 and her rental payment is "based" on her income. Her rent has been raised 2 times since she moved in but her income still stayed the same.She retired in 2013 and just received another "raise" your rent letters for 2014. I think she may be on #3 manager but right now there is no maintenance person.She has constant problems with her front and back doors with big gaps between bottom and sides. Bugs get in her doors and it's cold as heck in winter. Nobody seems to care and I am fed up with the answers they give her as to why they can't fix the door. Really?? Senior citizen B.S.
