Comment from Sherri on 2020-04-01 13:19:01: I just recently moved to this Apartment Complex and already I am having trouble with the Apartment Manager she acts as if she don't understand how to calculate ones rent.My daughter and I live together her job just recently shut down due to Covid 19 mind you this is no fault of hers but Management is treating us as if it is her fault she wants proof of it like it's not all over the news, online,you see it for yourself.lol.My daughter had to write a letter to request a hardship which I told Manager there we was use to when a hardship comes about you sign a form for that and the manager also wanted my daughter to get her supervisor to email her we got in touch with the supervisor to do that. We are being charged 50 percent of rent instead of what was quoted on the application when we applied which was supposed to be 30 percent of your adjusted gross income these are income based apartments my daughter works I don't my daughter only work part-time we also requested for a decrease in the amount of rent we are paying since there is only one part-time income the manager and her assistant manager gave us the run around and today this day have not granted us a decrease in rent yet we brought in all documentation they asked us for still didn't get no where except a response from them saying they didn't set our rent coporate did but you got all of the documents you asked of us. I have never ran into such uneven ppl as this to my opinion they don't care about no one except themselves don't care about what hardship etc. that one goes through just as long as one find the way to get that rent money.Covid 19 is putting a toll on just about everyone but that manager here at these apts. doesn't care. I am dissatisfied living here you stay stressed out especially if you have a hardship they don't really work with you Covid 19 is stressful enough and so is the manager and her assistant. The parking at the complex I live at is just terrible lots of Company. The maintenance man can run the whole place he knows more than management. In recommending someone to live here I DON'T!!!!

Comment from Terry Denise on 2024-10-05 01:23:21: The parking at the 708 Building is just so terrible, You can't hardly get in and out because where the first two Apartments is located the second Apartment always has a lot of Company and there is always one car that parks behind the tenant car now mind you this causes a hazard because for one by the car parking that way the spot there is already a tight spot.I was told by the previous Maintenance man that once was employed there that this is the worst spot to live at just this building 708 and he mentioned the problems they had with the people living there at that spot. I told him I stay to myself I don't bother no one there. But if I pay rent to live there I should at least have ample parking like everyone else. He said they can't keep a Manager there. I said to him in my opinion if they would do more extensive background checks maybe they would be more careful as to who they let rent their places this is the worst place I have ever lived at.
