Comment from Bad Mgt on 2022-04-12 11:46:43: It is still a nice property, and Tim and Bill the maintenance guys are top notch, all around nice, and very friendly. For thirty years, management was from ok, to pretty good, then Emily showed up. Oh boy, Oh boy... It quickly went downhill, she is a rule follower and has little regard for the people she screws, and is more concerned about climbing the corporate ladder than she is about compassion for the renters that live at the Totiakton. She is incompetent, in as she looses paperwork, loves to send out inconsiderate and nasty letters and the end of the day on Friday (with threatening you with thirty days notice and non-renewal of lease if you do not meet here tyrannical demands, which were likely caused by paperwork that she lost, or wasn't in the office to collect to begin with.) It doesn't help that she is woke. But the worse thing is her incompetence. Loosing paperwork that takes you hours to fill out, and some of the old folks here are pushing 80 or 90, and it takes them longer. She is malicious and we are not sure if she looses the paperwork because she is a bad person, or she is just that incompetent. She is far to young to have been given the responsibility that she has been given. Stuck here, but if I had a chance, I'd be gone in a heartbeat. Which is a shame, the surrounding area is really nice, as are most of the people. Close to a grocery store, close to several banks, and Honeoye Falls is a nice town. But it is also close to Emily, and far away from her is where I want to be.
