Details: Our apartments are furnished with new energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems. Along with windows, electric appliances and light fixtures. Featuring new kitchen, bathroom cabinetry, and counter tops. All apartments include private entrances with personal patio areas. Mail areas are in covered for the convenience of our residents. There are two laundry rooms located on property, both are fully handicap accessible. The grounds have eco-friendly desert landscaping, and heat tolerant shrubs, bushes & trees utilizing an on-site rain water reclamation system for drip line watering. We have pergolas with outdoor bench seating, barbecue grills and raised planter boxes for residents to grow their own gardens. Included are solar panels provide all the energy for our public buildings and exterior lighting. The property offers a newly remodeled Community Center with modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Also offering large flat screen TV with leather sofa and chairs. A Wifi Computer center with 5 computers and a printer. To keep our residents entertained there is a large gathering space and game table and updated gaming center with playing cards, poker chips, chess, backgammon, checkers, dominoes, Scrabble, Yahtzee and Bingo. There are scheduled educational and creative activities through out the week. There is also a large on site Leasing Office building that offers a resident library and fitness room. Friendly & Professional On-site Staff, twenty-four hour emergency maintenance. We offer on-site parking (but not covered nor assigned). We are located in a residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping & banks.
