A utility allowance is given to tenants to help offset the average cost of all apartments. WATER & SEPTIC – Paid by owner. TELEPHONE – Pre‑wired in apartments. CABLE TV & WiFi – Low-cost WiFi and cable services. HEATING – Fuel oil, paid by owner. WATER – Electric hot water tank in each apartment. APPLIANCES – Electric range and refrigerator included. FIRE SAFETY – Smoke detector and heat detector in each unit. Emergency pull cords in each apartment. GARBAGE – Dumpster and recycling container on site. PARKING – Off‑street. One space per unit. No assigned spaces. FLOORING – Carpet and sheet vinyl. LAUNDRY – Coin‑operated washers and dryers on premises. LEASE – One Year; Require 30 day notice to vacate apartment. PETS – One pet per apartment allowed with some restrictions. Additional security deposit ($300) required. NON-SMOKING: Smoking anywhere on the property is prohibited, except in designated smoking area.
