Comment from Anonymous on 2014-12-28 02:58:41: I've heard some pretty bad things about this place. I'm not saying any of this is true but I've heard rumors of black mold that gets painted over in the laundry room. I've also heard the landlord doesn't like to repair things in a timely manner.... 2 years just to reapair something in a bathroom sounds like a long time to get around to fixing something. I've also heard of residents who have had the landlord try to enter their apartments without any notice to the tennant at all. I've also heard the cops are watching that complex quite often due to suspicious activity and possible illegal activity. The Landlords names are Robert and Barbara Petersen. Just based on what I've heard I wouldn't rent from these people if Cimarron Apartments were the only place for rent. I would rather be homeless.

Comment from Jennika on 2018-07-12 13:15:07: I dont know where to start, i lived in syracuse cimmeron apts for 2 yrs and i stikl have nightmares the constant snoopy wanting to know whos visiting needs to come inside ur apt leaving note after note after note on ur door feeling like a caged animal i did everything to avoid my landlord Nyla wonke and her son who is a complete asshole trust me they never left me alone nyla is barb and roberts daughter beware of her christian persona please save it becuz what she put me thru was nothing short of hell..do not rent from these slum lords..they will kick you out over anything and not give a f!×k everyone that likes her is a spy and they love calling the cops believe it ..nyla took my smoke detector 2 months later still no detector i guess putting me and everyone else at risk if there was a fire ...hud or section 8 or usda if you read this feel free to contact me at piinknine@gmail.com i have so many letters and notes of harrasment from nyla and robert it would scare you..im just gonna leave it here i culd type forever about these evil people

THEY ARE COP CALLERS AND IF U HAVE FAMILY VISIT YOU SHULD OKAY IT FIRST I HAD THEM KNOCKING ON MY DOOR AND HOLLERING WHOS IN THERE?! WE HAD BED BUGS TOO THIS IS NOT A LIE I THREW OUT A WHOLE BED THAT WAS NEW WHEN I MOVED IN. THERE ARE OR WERE SWARMS OF HORNETS THEY REFUSED TO TREAT BECAUSE THEY WERE MALE HORNETS?! WTF THEY ARE SCARY. WE HAD ON 2 OCCASIONS SKUNKS RIGHT OUT FRONT OF THE DOOR TO GO IN UR BLDG IVE SEEN GARDNER SNAKES ALSO . THEY ARE VERY DISCRIMINATORY ALSO. DONT BE FRIENDS WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS THEY ALL TALK U KNOW WHAT TO THE LANDLORD! ALL UP IN UR BUSINESS MORE THEN NORMAL ITS WEIRD. MY RENT KEPT GOING UP EVEN THO I WASNT MAKING MORE MONEY. THE LANDLORD MAKES DIFF RULES FOR EVERYONE . OH ITS NOT OKAY TO HAVE PETS YET A GUY ACROSS THE WAY HAS A DOG. I REALLY CULD GO ON AND ON AND ON. THEY EVEN SENT THREATNING LETTERS OUT TO ALL TENANTS ABOUT DRUG USE BUT MADE US SIGN IT TO SWEAR WE DONT USE ILLEGAL DRUGS AND THE COPS WOULD BE HERE RANDOMLY WITH DOGS. THATS FKD UP . JUST DONT MOVE HERE IF U WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN. EMERGENCY MOVE IN ONLY I SUGGEST LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE ANY WULD BE BETTER THEN THIS DUMP. also if i didnt sign that i didnt use drugs i was evicted. isnt that entrapment???
