Comment from Rhonda liles on 2016-11-27 16:04:21: I've lived here almost 2 years. I had a disturbance 1 time and the manager banned my husband from property basically forcing me to put in a 30 day notice. I have fibromyagia and have to have my husband as a care giver when the disease gets bad. We have nowhere to go. We can't afford to move. I'm basically on the verge of giving up any hope. The maintenance man is her ex husband. They don't give 24 hour notice. Nothing goes in writing unless you make her mad and then you get written up. They break lease regulations,and that's fine. No consideration for people. I've done nothing wrong and I'm gonna be homeless because all the sudden one day she decided to lose her temper and ban the only one who I have to help me. I got a write up for the disturbance and that shouldn't been that. Her ex husband has no right coming and going as he pleases and shouldn't be aloud to work this property. The issue has made me lose all hope. I have repaired and never been in trouble in the 2 years I've lived here. It's not fair this could make me lose my home. I'm very sick and no family to help me. She's known my husband was here and then demands all the sudden a deadline for information that he could only get taking time off work. Unprofessional, unconstitutional, and there's nothing we can do.
