Comment from Helen Crowder on 2017-08-08 12:46:29: I strong feel that one should not turn anyone away that have children to care for. I have a niece that have lived at this establishment, and she left because of hardship and now she is in need of a decent place for her three children but she is being denied. I strong feel that this is unfair to her children.

There’s a lot of things that aren’t right and aren’t being made knowledgeable to everyone. If a rule applies to one tenant then it should apply to all.

Comment from Lisa on 2020-03-23 12:53:12: They are against blacks...It took me a long time to get a apartment here and I haven’t been here like two years and it’s the worst place I could ever lived.They have white tenants watching the blacks tell every move they make.I don’t feel comfortable living here or my kids being outside ..Tenants telling other tenants business that the landlord Cindy Bridge have said to them about other tenant...Tenants saying she be drunk...Ask other Tenants who’s car over somebody house when they have a visitor..Poor management they don’t talk to you like you grown think they can talk to you like you aren’t nobody...They trying get all the blacks out it’s always something.When it comes to fixing thing their maintenance guy rig things up...It’s no place for blacks.
