Comment from Kelly on 2022-04-12 12:13:46: Susan is a joke and clearly doesn't care about anyone but herself. I submitted my application in on October 18th and it was processed September 16th. I told Susan we were homeless. But, I had steady income and I worked everyday... she told me she understood.. 1 month later I got a denial the same day my landlord reference was sent to past landlord. She told me it was cause my landlord references never came back, I got those into her after jumping thru every single hoop she's threw at me. Bank numbers, socials of my kids, work literally everything... I got the references back to her and asked for a hearing. The hearing came and she denied me again. This time she blamed my credit, after explaining to her why I had 6 year old marks and why she told me I had excellent reasoning... then I asked for a grievance hearing. Which I collected all my papers and organized them... that day that man did not care what I said as Susan smirked about getting her way. She was completely unprofessional with remarks, and things she expected from me. Rude remarks and a snobby attitude. Telling me she cared when she clearly dragged this out for.6 months. She knew clearly she didn't want me there from day one. Apparently in the contract it states any mark on credit calls for an automatic denial. THIS WAS NOT IN OUR CONTRACT!!! but, she got her way and because of that me and my two toddlers are completely homeless... my suggestion is don't bother I will let everyone know about this.. wasn't handled fairly.
