Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 1 pet per household. Maximum adult weight is 18 pounds and 12 inches from the shoulder. Pet deposit is $200 above and beyond security deposit. No pets allowed on a visiting or temporary basis. Pikes Farm requires that you provide management with a veterinarians certificate stating that the pet is in good health with proof of all required immunizations, including rabies. Provide management with proof that the pet has been spayed or neutered. Provide proof of rental insurance with liability clause. Tenant is totally responsible for care and cleanliness of pet on the premises.

Comment from annonamous neighbor on 2019-04-02 18:52:58: You have in apt 11 a person who has her boyfriend living there for months, who is not on the lease and other friends living there. The police are called to go there at least 3 or 4 times a week. There is fighting and drinking and parties there all the time. It is not fair to the rest of us who have small children and are trying to live a normal life
