Comment from Someone on 2017-11-07 13:47:52: The Cabel Group take over was big mistake! Do not rent from the Cabel Group!!!! They are working on getting rid of the current residents of Breary Farms! The Cabel Group promised all residents new everything siding,windows painting, stove and refrigerator. Nothing has been done. They are waiting to get everyone out to do the work! Then raise the rent!!! The manager is unprofessional and rude!!! Yells and screams at children!!! You want your freedom! DON’T RENT HERE!
