Comment from Rose on 2024-10-03 23:21:10: 1yr here, theft, break-ins NOT SECURE BUILDING, vandalism in and out in parking lot, smoking in building, laundry facilities broken often, bed bugs twice, filthy hallways, no improper/lack of lighting since end of last year. Two floods!Management is poor, no maintenance, lack of respect from management.

Comment from Carrie on 2024-10-03 17:38:49: There is high theft, not secure building, Laundry room is NULL AND VOID for since I moved here, no maintenance, air movers in building not working, poor air quality, 2 winters boil brakes leaving no hot water or heat, bed bugs, cabinets fall apart, TOTAL lack of Management and evasive or ignore issues treating tenants as low life low income people.
