Comment from Kathrien Haubner on 2019-09-30 18:55:34: Since the new manager has gotten here it is horrible. I wouldnt recommended it to anyone. She doesnt go by the lease. She let's the maintenance guy bring her the rent and she wants to do things her way. I have heard lots of things how she is cleaning building 3 out because it has the most traffic but I work constantly got 2 kids and one on the way. She filed for an eviction notice friday the 13th and wanted it in by 4 p.m. knowing the lease says we have till the 10th late fees doesnt hit till after the 11th. We have till we pay it in full. Or till it is about 20% of our rent. I had it in by the 15th and she sent my money order back and said she has already filed for eviction. It isnt fair considering how she isnt going by the lease that was given.the maintenance work on the apartments hasn't been kept up. It took them about a year to fix the mold problem in my kids room as I was getting violations for all my kids things being in one room with mine and it was a mess.
