Comment from Owen Village apt on 2022-07-21 18:36:43: Kimberly Hawkins (5024845802) Kim's Husband Steve Hawkins, Kim manages Ashcraft Realty Apartments including the one I currently reside in. Kim is a poor excuse of an Apartment Manager. Kim & Steve both have jumped on to me about not keeping my apartment unit clean & I try my best to keep my apartment clean & I have a bad back which prevents me to do heavy cleaning. nothing is ever good enough for Kim. Kim holds my fate in her hands because if I do get evicted, I don't have a vehicle to sleep in which means I'll lose all my stuff & end up homeless. I didn't think a landlord was allowed to bully & harass a tenant making a tenant feel unsafe. Kim knows I won't say anything to her because that would give her grounds to evict me. I've rented from Ashcraft Realty for 30 years or longer & it's like being in prison. They have a lot of rules so do not rent from Ashcraft Realty unless you like a lot of rules & a unpleasant landlord who makes your life a living hell. Ashcraft Realty also has security cameras up to watch tenants. Kim treats tenants badly especially me & as a tenant, I have rights. I believe Kim is violating my rights as a tenant. I believe if Kim sees something in my Apartment she doesn't like & wants me to correct it, she should send me a letter in the mail asking me to correct the issue, not jump on me or harass me like she has been doing. Steve is just the maintenance man & he jumped on me & threatened me with Kim. Intimidating a tenant is wrong & against the law. Steve has no right to discuss rental rules with me because he isn't management, Kim is.
