Comment from John on 2019-09-05 03:12:41: The Norwich housing authority are a perfect example of why people who have been in truoble with the law always end up back in trouble. There background check makes it nearly impossible to get a job. It also makes it ectremely difficult to find a place to live. This is why they are in and out of prison. They have to go back to the only life they know.
