Comment from Michael L Hunt on 2024-10-03 23:18:00: Apt 2 has a water leak, paperwork turned jn 2 days ago. Manager nowhere to be seen for days, not on door "Out of office 12/22 to 12/26" and today is the 20th. Manager has to from #2 call blocked so she cannot call if there is an emergency, like the water leak that began on Sunday morning. It's Wednesday now and nobody has been out to do anything about it, and for one that is landlord neglect of premises and two neglect of elderly needs, and guess who will be blamed for the damage caused by the water? Most likely the tenant will be blamed, when she can't contact the manager because her number is blocked. There are more maintenance issues with pics from various tenants, which have been ongoing for months. I shouldn't be reporting this, but apparently nobody has the balls to call Corporate about it, because of the fear of being told they would be evicted for complaints. And again, that is elderly abuse also.
