Comment from friend on 2022-01-12 10:15:48: evicting some one just cause the have caregiver living with them. my friend is 70 yrs old and is having trouble to get around and lets just say he got a eviction notice which was a fax copy from the manager which was left on door not even giving him a chance to get find a place or even help the guy out on getting his friend\caregiver on the lease instead they want to throw him out 70 year old guy that has yet to speak with landlord cause she seems to not want to speak or contact him. she is hardly around and i dont think is fair how my friend is being treated and its government house and we expect a different outcome but when they choose favorites and want to just throw people out. i use to stay in these a apartment as a single mother of 3 i left cause at the time one of the residents decided to put his hands on me and my son his was a minor at the time cops were called report was taken by cops by he wasnt arrested due to covid but im unaware if chargers where even brought up cause i havent heard back from the district county office and when that happen to me never once did the landlord or manager contact me to see if i was okay or even question me on what happened. it was in the laundry room area where me and my son was doing laundry when i got hit. and u think someone would of contact me but nothing. i am speaking out now cause i believe what they are doing to my dear friend is not right and illegal and whoever is in charge of these apartments need to do there job right and be more aware whats really going on instead of listen to he she said and make them self to be known who is in charge cause what i know i never meet the landlord when i lived there and i dont think its right what they are doing and how the dealing with my friend so if someone can please help my friend i would appreciate it cause he really needs the help thank you
