Comment from carol Hatfield on 2022-01-12 10:09:57: Lived there about 6 yrs ago. Georgia Ruggles was manager. Delightful experience. Moved due to health problems. Maintenence was rapid and appropriate. Newbury good company but management company a little rough. No longer in charge. Apartment was airy and light filled. AC good washer and dryer handy. Would like to move back when 2 bedroom down stairs handicap available
